Mode of Action
- Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl is an acetolactate synthase (ALS) inhibitor. This enzyme is crucial for the biosynthesis of essential amino acids in plants. By inhibiting ALS, pyrazosulfuron-ethyl disrupts the production of these amino acids, leading to the cessation of plant growth and eventual death of the weeds

Method of Application
- Apply on wet soil and maintain these conditions for three days to obtain greater root absorption, better control and a delay in root development of sedges.
Additional Information
- Saathi Herbicide Pyrazosulfuron Ethyl 10% WP can generally be mixed with other herbicides and fertilizers.
Precaution
- Do not mix with bare hands. Use a wooden stick for stirring during preparation of spray mixtures. Avoid breathing concentrate or spray mist. Avoid skin contact, keep away from foodstuff and animal feed. Use protective clothings such as full trouser, full sleeve shirt, cap, boots, goggles, handgloves, apron and face shield. Do not chew, eat, drink or smoke during application. Wash hands with soap and water, after use. Change the contaminated clothes. Destroy empty containers after use.
