About Deltasyn Insecticide
- Deltasyn is a new-formulation insecticide with a higher concentration for enhanced efficacy.
- It effectively targets a wide range of insect pests, including aphids, psylla, coleoptera, orthoptera and many others.
- Deltasyn provides effective pest management while supporting responsible and environmentally conscious crop protection.
Technical Details
- Technical Name: Deltamethrin 11% w/w EC
- Mode of Action: Deltasyn with its active ingredient deltamethrin, exhibits strong adherence to the insect cuticle owing to its high lipophilicity. Upon penetration into the insect’s body, it targets the nerve axon, disrupting nerve transmission.
- By altering the kinetics of sodium channel function, it interferes with the conduction of nervous impulses, ultimately leading to insect mortality.
Key Features & Benefits
- Deltasyn is soluble in fatty tissues, thus allowing a good penetration into cuticle of leaves.
- It is least soluble in water giving a good rain fastness
- Deltasyn Insecticide is a photostable chemical such that its action is not affected by interaction of light and exhibits a good residual activity.
- Deltamethrin 11% EC has very low vapor pressure and therefore has good resistance to evaporation.
